luna-puna

Sweet dreams Luna Puna!

gazing-bonham

Keep on rocking Bonham. Only wonderful things for your future. As for myself, things have changed quite of bit in the last 2-3 weeks. Some not so good and some in a positive ligth. Don’t worry, (if you were), things are good and I’m looking forward to new adventures and opportunities. I’m in pure exploration mode right now and ready for a new path. It’s weird how things lay out and happen. I feel easily pulled into the world of frustration but it’s too easy to go down that path. So no complaints, no shit, it’s time to step it up.

Keep the destruction going!

Death Race

To say the least, I’m intrigued with this race. The race is called the Death Race, it takes place in Pittsfield, VT. It happens once a year and the Peak Race company just finished their 3rd Death Race ever. Within the race, they’re climbing under barb wire, pulling out stumps and running with them, making fires, hiking with rocks, and riding bikes. It definitely looks challenging, brutal, and full of torture, but it still looks like a sweet goal to accomplish. If I feel up to it, I might enter next year and see if they choose me. I think I got a lot of training to do to get ready, haha.

Recently one of my photographs was selected to be in a sights and attractions website called Schmap. They thought that an image that I took of Alberta Park near my house was a good photo from their website. You can check out the photo in action within their site here.

North Carolina 2009

Sunday, July 5th, 2009

I recently just got back from a trip to North Carolina. It was tons of fun, got to see some good friends that I don’t see very often, and just relaxed. We went to the beach, swam in the ocean (which is super warm compared to Oregon’s coast line), shot guns, laughed a ton, and met some locals at the diner. The video above is a good summary of our adventures. Enjoy!

With the wonderful talent of browsing the internet, I came across this photographer named Jesse Burke. He has some great work on his site. Above are a couple images that I pulled from there. If you got a few minutes, I suggest checking out his photographs. Good stuff!
